Unsure how to login?

If you joined CM Health before January 2017 you are on our system - you just need to set yourself up with a password to be able to sign into your account.Your username is your staff email address (including the @middlemore.co.nz). To set yourself up with a password please click here
 

If you joined CM Health after December 2016 you will not be automatically on our system and will need to both join the library and set yourself with a login and password. You can do both by completing this Self Registration Form
